What this topic asks you to be able to do
- Use real-life graphs, including travel graphs and conversion graphs, to read and interpret what they show.
- Draw a graph using the data supplied.
- Apply what a rate of change means to simple kinematics, working with distance–time graphs, speed–time graphs, acceleration and deceleration.
- Work out the distance covered by finding the area beneath a speed–time graph.
