How to pay

Juice, a reference, and you're on.

No card needed.

  1. Choose a plan. Kindred shows the amount and your reference.

  2. In MCB Juice, make a bank transfer: pick Mauritius Commercial Bank, enter our account number and the amount, and put the reference in the description.

  3. Tell Kindred you have paid. Juice's transaction reference is optional.

Most plans switch on as soon as you tell us you've paid. We confirm the payment within one working day and send your receipt. Pay to account number 000452016797 at Mauritius Commercial Bank.

Do I pay per subject?

No. Plus is one price for every subject you take on Kindred.

Is part of the course locked on Free?

No. Every topic of every subject on Kindred is open on Free. Free has a daily allowance; Plus gives five times as much and adds prints and PDFs without the Kindred watermark, timed practice on your own, older answers worth another go, formula sheets and end-of-term reports.

Do I need a separate plan for each child?

No. Family Plus covers up to three children you are connected to, at one price.

Does Kindred replace my child's tutor?

No. It is built for the time between lessons. If the tutor uses Kindred too, they can see which topics their students keep getting wrong in practice, and a student can send them a chat with Ask my tutor.

Can my child chat with other students on Kindred?

No. A student talks to the AI tutor, and to the tutors and guardians they have connected with. There are no public chats, feeds or leaderboards.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new student gets 14 days of Plus free. It starts with your first question to the AI tutor, not when you sign up, and you get it once. No card and no payment details are taken. When it ends you go back to Free on your own and nothing is charged; your map, chats and notes stay, and Today shows what you used on Plus. Younger students get it too, and are never asked to buy anything. If a Pro tutor or a Family plan already gives you Plus, you do not need it.

What happens when I reach the daily limit on Free?

Is anything about safety or my guardian behind a paywall?

No. The guardian link, consent for younger students, the weekly digest, the support card and the right to export or delete your data are the same on every plan.

My tutor is on Pro. Do I need Plus?

No. While you are in their group you have Plus. If you also have a paid plan of your own, the best one applies; nothing is charged twice.

Can I pay per term and stop?

Yes. A term plan covers a school term and the holiday after it, up to the day the next term starts, and nothing renews on its own. Join part-way through and you pay only for the days left. On a monthly plan you can switch to a term or a school year at any time, and pay only for the days your monthly plan doesn't cover. Some term dates are tentative until the Ministry confirms them.

Are the prices final?

The price shown is the price you pay, with nothing added on top.

Do you store my card or Juice details?

We keep the Juice transaction reference if you give us one, and your receipt; we never see or store a card. Cards go through a payment provider later.
